Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! All programs over $100 offer flexible payment plans. Cleared for Takeoff has 3-6 month payment options, and Groundwork offers a 3-payment option. I believe healing should be accessible, so I’ve created multiple entry points at different price points.
How much time do I need to commit?
All programs are self-paced, so you can work through them on your own schedule. Cleared for Takeoff contains about 4.5 hours of video content plus workbook activities. Groundwork includes 2-3 hours of material. The mini-workshops range from 20-60 minutes. Most clients find that dedicating 2-3 hours per week yields the best results.
Is this therapy? Are you a licensed therapist?
I’m a trauma-informed coach, not a licensed therapist, and my programs are educational in nature rather than therapy. Many clients find that coaching complements their therapy work, but it’s not a replacement for mental health treatment if you’re experiencing acute symptoms. I recommend working with both a therapist and a coach for optimal healing.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You receive lifetime access to all program materials, including any future updates. Once you purchase a program, it’s yours to keep forever. You can revisit the content whenever you need a refresher or want to deepen your understanding.
