There’s a starting point for where you actually are.
This work follows a sequence. Not because you have to start at the beginning, but because each program is built to do something specific. Knowing what each one does helps you enter where it makes sense for you.
One arc. Three entry points.
All three programs work within the same framework, the SEE YOURSELF™ arc, but at different levels of depth and scope. You don’t have to start with the first one. You start where the description fits where you are.
The programs.
Each one is described honestly. Read them and see which one fits where you are.
What it does
This is the full identity arc. Eight modules, three 1:1 sessions with Lisa, and a completion module that closes the container cleanly. It rebuilds your defaults, not just your responses: decisions, boundaries, relationships, and internal life, until survival stops being what organizes everything.
This is right for you if
You understand your patterns and they’re still running. You’ve done significant personal work and want something that reaches the level where the patterns actually formed. You’re ready to move slowly and do it once.
What’s included
- 8 teaching modules in video format
- Full companion workbook with core and depth tracks
- Three 1:1 sessions with Lisa (Weeks 2, 5, and final week)
- Proprietary protocols: Regulation Flight Protocol, Emotional Sorting Protocol, Clear Choice Protocol
- Relationship sub-protocols for overfunctioning, emotional management, and rescue patterns
- Personalized 90-day authority maintenance plan
- Lifetime access to all materials
What it does
This program works at the pattern level. You’ll learn to see your survival strategies as they activate and interrupt them before they take over. It creates choice in the moment. It doesn’t rebuild identity from the ground up, but it stops the autopilot from running unchecked.
This is right for you if
You sense something deeper is driving your exhaustion but you’re not yet ready for the full arc of CFT. You want to understand the mechanism and start interrupting it in your daily life.
What’s included
- Core teaching modules on survival strategy recognition
- Companion workbook with pattern-mapping tools
- Protocol tools for real-time interruption
- Lifetime access to all materials
What it does
This program builds nervous system capacity so life stops feeling like a constant internal job. It teaches you to interrupt spirals, lower your baseline activation, and start functioning with more room to breathe. It makes life workable. It’s the foundation everything else builds on.
This is right for you if
You feel guilty resting, anxious setting limits, or overloaded by emotion. You’re not ready to look at the full system yet, but you need the internal load to come down so you can think clearly.
What’s included
- Teaching modules on nervous system capacity and activation
- Practical tools for interrupting spirals in real time
- Guided practices for lowering baseline load
- Lifetime access to all materials
Start here if you’re not sure where you are yet.
These are the right starting place if you want to understand the work before you commit to any of it.

Take the Survival Strategy QuizA note before you go
I’m not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical provider, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work is educational and coaching-based. It’s focused on identifying survival strategies, understanding where they came from, and building the internal authority to start making choices from a different place.
Working with me doesn’t create a therapist-client relationship. If you’re in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or call or text 988.
The decisions you make and the results you experience are yours. I’m here to help you see more clearly, not to decide for you.
