Cleared for Takeoff
Living from internal authority, not survival
You’ve done the reading. You understand yourself. You know where the patterns came from. And you’re still catching yourself doing the same things, just with more awareness of it as it happens.
Insight is not the problem. The problem is that survival doesn’t respond to understanding. It responds to evidence. New evidence, built through present-moment choices, repeated until your nervous system stops defaulting to the old ones.
That’s what this program is built to do.
You recognize yourself in more than one of these.
You know you overfunction. You keep doing it anyway, because the alternative feels like something will fall apart.
You set a boundary, hold it for a few days, and then find yourself back where you started. Not because you’re weak. Because the guilt outlasts the resolve.
You feel responsible for how the people around you feel. Even when you know, intellectually, that you’re not.
You make decisions by scanning everyone else first. You’re not even sure what you actually want half the time.
There’s a version of calm in your life that feels suspicious. Like something bad is about to happen. Like you’ve missed something.
You’re exhausted in a way rest doesn’t touch. Because the work isn’t physical. It’s the constant internal management that never stops.
This isn’t a personality problem.
It’s a survival system that outlived its original conditions.
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-silencing aren’t four separate things to work on. They’re four expressions of one system that formed early, when staying oriented to other people was the strategy your nervous system used to stay safe. That system learned well. It generalized completely. And it’s been running ever since, in your relationships, your work, your parenting, the way you move through your own internal life.
The reason insight hasn’t been enough is that survival operates below the level of understanding. You can know exactly why you do something and still do it, because the knowing lives in your mind and the strategy lives in your nervous system. Changing it requires something different: presence during activation, choice while the pull is still there, and enough repetitions that your body starts to have new evidence.
Cleared for Takeoff works at that level. Not behavior correction. Not mindset shifts. Identity-level work, done slowly, in sequence, with reps your system can actually hold.
What your life looks like when survival stops organizing it.
Decisions
You stop scanning for approval before you act. You make a decision and let it hold.
Boundaries
They stop requiring constant willpower. Structure replaces emotional negotiation every single time.
Relationships
You stop managing other people’s emotions as part of your job. You let people have their reactions.
Work and effort
You stop operating in emergency mode. Competence stays. The urgency underneath it falls away.
Rest
It stops needing to be earned. Calm stops feeling like a warning sign.
Your internal life
You stop negotiating with yourself. You know what you know. You act from there.
“Your competence stays. Your standards stay. What falls away is the exhaustion underneath them.”
Eight modules. Three 1:1 sessions. One arc.
Each module builds on the last. The sequence is intentional. You don’t rush through and you don’t skip ahead. This is identity-level work, and it moves at the pace your nervous system can actually use.
The Survival Autopilot Map
You map how your survival system actually operates: where it activates, what it costs, and where authority is currently living in your life. Perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-silencing stop looking like separate habits and start looking like one coordinated system.
Nervous System Sovereignty
You learn what it means to stay present and authoritative while you’re activated, instead of stabilizing everyone else or disappearing to keep the room comfortable. Regulation here means range and capacity, not forcing calm that doesn’t exist.
Emotional Authority
You stop outsourcing decisions to guilt, urgency, and anxiety. You learn how to treat emotions as information instead of instructions, and how to stay with your internal experience without scanning everyone else to figure out what to do next.
Internal Authority Activation
You start making clean decisions and following through on them. Each time you do, it becomes evidence your nervous system can use. Self-trust doesn’t form through intention. It forms through this.
Excellence Without Emergency
You learn how to let your competence exist without the urgency underneath it. Worth separates from output. Effort becomes proportional. You start to see what you’ve been offering from fear versus what you actually want to give.
Boundary Architecture
You build structures that protect your authority instead of relying on emotional resolve that runs out. This isn’t about scripting what to say. It’s about creating defaults that hold when you’re tired, pressured, or activated.
Relationship Pattern Renovation
You see how survival roles show up in your closest relationships and learn how to change what you’re doing without trying to change the other person. You stop managing, rescuing, and anticipating. You let the relationship reorganize around what’s actually true.
Integration + Forward Planning
You anchor the evidence of what’s changed, identify your new baseline, and build a maintenance approach that doesn’t become another thing to manage. You leave with a wobble protocol, a 90-day plan, and a clear sense of what it feels like to live from authority.
This is where the teaching becomes yours.
These aren’t sessions where I tell you what to do. They’re mapping sessions. We look at what’s showing up in your actual life, where the old patterns are still pulling, and what the next honest rep looks like for you specifically.
Mapping + Personalization
We identify where you’re giving away authority most often and clarify what living from authority actually looks like in your specific life.
Authority in Action
We work through what’s showing up in your real relationships and decisions, and address where the old patterns are still pulling hardest.
Integration + Forward Plan
We build your personalized wobble protocol, anchor what’s changed, and create your 90-day plan for living from authority after the program ends.
Everything in the program.

This program is built for a specific person.
This is for you if
- You understand your patterns and they’re still running
- You want to work at the level where the patterns actually formed, not just manage them moment to moment
- You’re ready to move slowly and do it once, rather than quickly and redo it in six months
- You’re exhausted enough that you’re done settling for incremental relief
- You can commit the time and investment this work requires
- You want someone who has been through this, not just studied it
This isn’t the right fit if
- You’re looking for quick tools to feel better faster
- You’re in active crisis and need immediate therapeutic support
- You want to be told what to do rather than helped to see more clearly
- You’re not ready to look at the places where you’re still giving away authority
- You’d prefer a fully self-paced experience with no live touchpoints
This is what the other side looks like.
“I came in thinking I needed to work on my anxiety. What I actually found was that I’d been running a system I’d never seen clearly before. Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it. And then things started changing, not because I was trying harder, but because I finally understood what I was working with.”Cleared for Takeoff G.O.
“I’ve done a lot of work on myself. This was the first time something reached the level where it was actually operating. I stopped explaining myself, stopped managing everyone’s reactions, stopped running on empty and calling it strength. It’s a different life.”1:1 Coaching M.S.
What this requires.
This is a high-ticket program because it’s high-depth work. You’re not paying for content. You’re paying for Lisa’s teaching presence, three direct sessions with her, and a methodology built from lived experience and thousands of hours of applied work, not assembled from a certification curriculum.
The program moves at the pace identity-level change actually requires. That’s what makes it worth doing once instead of starting over every year.
Ready to stop living on autopilot.

Here are the ones I hear most often.
How is this different from therapy?
It isn’t therapy and it doesn’t replace it. Therapy processes what happened. This work addresses what that experience trained your nervous system to do, and builds the internal authority to start operating differently. Many people do both. They’re not the same thing.
I’ve done a lot of personal development work. Is this going to cover the same ground?
Probably not. Most personal development works at the level of mindset, habits, and behavior. This works at the level where those patterns are actually rooted: the survival system. If you understand yourself well but still can’t get ahead of the patterns, that’s specifically what this is built for.
How much time does this take each week?
Plan for 3 to 5 hours a week. That includes the teaching videos, the workbook exercises, and the live sessions. This program is designed to integrate into a real life, not add to the pile.
What if I fall behind?
You have lifetime access to all program materials. There’s no falling behind. What matters is that you move through the sequence rather than jumping around. The order is deliberate.
Do I need to have done EFT or SSD first?
No. CFT is the full arc. You don’t need to have completed the other programs. If you have, you’ll move through the early modules with more familiarity and go deeper. If this is your entry point, the program is built to meet you where you are.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Payment plan options are discussed during your application consultation. If the investment is what’s standing between you and doing this work, let’s talk about it.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
The application conversation is designed to answer that question. You don’t need to have it figured out before you apply. Apply and we’ll find out together.
A note before you go
I’m not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical provider, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work is educational and coaching-based. It’s focused on identifying survival strategies, understanding where they came from, and building the internal authority to start making choices from a different place.
Working with me doesn’t create a therapist-client relationship. If you’re in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or call or text 988.
The decisions you make and the results you experience are yours. I’m here to help you see more clearly, not to decide for you.
